Ken set up our web-site a few years ago. I have found him very easy to work with. He listened to exactly what was required and his service has always been exceptionally prompt. We are very pleased with our web site. Late last year we decided to add on-line enrolments to our site. I was a tad nervous as it meant I had to update the programme on-line, manage the enrolments coming through, and also get to grips with PayPal. Ken has been excellent in assisting when required and Wow! this term we have had the greatest number of enrolments for our classes than ever before! It has all been so easy! Even with a limited publicity budget setting up the website with on-line enrolments has been a great investment. I recommend Webfactor for any non-profit organisation.
